— SUBSCRIPTION GUIDELINES —
Orders are automatically shipped on the first Monday, each month. Club Members will be advised via email of the delivery day and time window.
2. CURATED SELECTION
Each box contains a selection of baked goods chosen by our team—customers do not select specific items.
3. NO CUSTOMIZATION
The contents of each box are pre-planned and cannot be customized or changed by the subscriber. No substitutions are permitted.
4. ORDER ADD-ONS
Eligible products to be added to a subscription order (when offered) must be confirmed 15 days prior to the delivery date.
5. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
After the initial 3-month commitment, your subscription continues month-to-month until cancelled or suspended by the customer.
6. BILLING CYCLE
Customers are billed monthly, typically a few days before the shipping date.
7. GIFTING OPTIONS
Shareable Delights subscriptions sent to a third-party address can only be sent to one address. Gifted subscriptions cannot be transferred to an alternate address during the subscription period.
Club Members can cancel their subscription at any time, after 3 months from the first shipment and 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Please note that a 30-day notice is required to cancel an active subscription.
9. ALLERGEN NOTICE
Boxes may contain products with common allergens (e.g., nuts, gluten, dairy). No substitutions or allergen accommodations are available. Ingredient information will be provided with each box. All potential allergens to be noted on our website page: https://purplelips.biz/
10. SHIPPING ADDRESS UPDATES
If you are moving, ensure to update your information before the monthly billing date so the changes will take effect for the upcoming monthly delivery.
11. REFUNDS & RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.
12. COMMUNICATION
Club Members will receive an email confirmation for each order and a shipping notification with tracking details. Club Members also consent to receive email communications from Purple Lips to facilitate monthly orders and delivery services.
13. BOX CONTENTS PREVIEW
A sneak peek or list of upcoming box contents or collaborations may be shared via email or on the website prior to shipping.
